PHONE CALLS

I requested all my PDLs to only contact me via email.
500 FastCash and United Cash Loans call and call and call, they did not respond to my emails. Zip19 also falls into this category. Both 500Fast Cash and United Cash Loans have received a cease and desist letter via certified/rrr mail.
Because Zip 19 had an foreign address I couldnt certify it or rrr send it, I forget which. They are Northway Finincial
Anyhow- how should I send my Zip19 letter to "Malta"
And what do I do about the phone calls, so far I just write down the date/time they called, because I dont want to talk to them!!!
Please advise? :)

The address for Sonic, Cash Transfer Centers, Payday Avenue listed in Malta is only a MAILING ADDRESS, IT IS NOT A PHYSICAL ADDRESS. Mail arrives in Malta then it is forward to either Winnipeg or Surrey. It will take about 2-3 weeks to arrive from your drop off point to their Head Office, please use one of the addresses below.
