Certified Asset Investigators

Katie Smith from Certified Asset Investigators called me for the 4th time at work. She has already been told she cannot call me here. I would complain but her company doesn't seem to exist. I called the number back today and actually spoke with a nice woman who listened to me and is actually trying to help me. She said her client is Goldstein Henderson & Weiss and they have hired this company to investigate my employment status and find out where I work so they can serve me papers at work and embarrass me. I told Miss Brown first of all that her company has already called me at work when told not to. I also told her that I have complaints to the AG & BBB on Mr. Steinberg and Goldstein Henderson & Weiss. Furthermore I told her that I have yet to get anything in writing and as a consumer I have rights and they are currently being violated. I told her that legally there are steps to take and they have not been taken. Lastly I told her that legally I am only required in the state of Florida to pay back the principal, which I have already done and therefore there is no basis for this bogus lawsuit.

After all that, this woman said she was going to forget about the investigation. She also said based on everything I told her she was going to have her legal advisor contact me because I am absolutely correct in everything I said and my rights have been violated. So.... we'll see what happens from here.
