CFPB Sues Cash Call et al

I don't know if I've seen a thread on this but I have seen several threads reporting that Delbert is now posting 30 (60 in my case) day past due updates on the credit reports of former Western Sky customers. I checked my Experian report today and saw it for myself. It's a bummer but the good news is the CFPB (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau) is finally taking action against them (see the link below). I'm hoping that this gives us some leverage when dealing with the typically unhelpful credit reporting agencies.
