Chapter 11 and mobiloans

I received an email reply from mobiloans stating they could not settle my account but the emails address was thinkfinance. I Google think finance it appears they are a debt collections agency. I also discovered that think finance along with 6 entities including mobiloans are filing for chapter 11. I believe the court date is in April . Could this be the reason they don't want to.close my account
