Can they do this even though I didnt write a check?? My loan was for $350 and I have paid $420.

Just as an FYI...
Teletrack is mainly used by PDL companys. If you have been charged off by a PDL that uses Teletrack, they will report you and inturn make it difficult for you to get another PDL. The system that is described sounds like SCAN. It is a check reporting network that is used by approximately 77,000 merchants and approximately 7 out of 10 banks. If you are reported as having a bad check to SCAN, a merchant or bank that subscribes will deny your check or account application.
