Hi . . .
I will be as brief as possible. I guess I don’t know my rights as I should. I’ve help a lot of people, but when it came to me needing help, well, you all know that story. I live on disability, had a few financial difficulties. Tried everything I could to get caught up. My dog became seriously ill, to the sound of $1000.00. I applied online for 3 payday loans. Ameriloan (350.00), USFastCash (350.00) MultiLoanSource (400.00)
Not trying not to repay any of these loans. Problem is, I have people threatening to arrest me for no reason, threatening affidavits on my ssi #, calling my reference numbers, charges against my checking account that I have no idea who or where them came from, withdraw more than initial told me, withdraw initial withdrawal date, cause my account to over draft, etc.
I’ve tried to work with my bank, Indiana University Credit Union, trying to get them to put a strong hold on my account or open a new account, They refuse stating they have no idea want a strong hold is and can not close an account that has a loan owed on it.
One of these people actually connected me to a debt consolidation company, Progressive Debt Relief, who I actually am trying to work with but after two months of jibble jabble, I’m given up. I now find myself deeper in the whole, I recently had electric and cable shut off, not to mention other bills not paid and yes barely any food in the refrigerator.
I simply want them to withdraw the initial 50.00 they stated, stop harassing me and my friends for no reason, stop taking unnecessary withdrawals from my account, stop over drafting my account. I’m ready to change my direct deposit and walk away and call it even.

Any advice would be appreciated:confused:

[LEFT]All the 3 lenders that you have borrowed from are illegal and you are only morally required to repay JUST the principal amount to them, no interest or fees.

As for your bank, you will need to revoke ACH. A bank understands a 'strong hold' as a 'Deposit Only' status for an account. If your bank is refusing to foreclose the account, at least ask them to give you a new account and routing number.
