charges against me phone call...

hello i got a call from 516-453-2077 a bunch of times on my cell before they left a message.  it was a guy telling me he needs me to call 888 408 3666 he was scary sounding and told me i had charges against me and he needs me address...anyways im scared bc i closed down my bank accounts due to PDL's and knew some companies were going to be difficult....has anyone ever heard from these #'s before?  is this a scam?


If they were really after you,  they'd find you,  not call you for your address..........
