ok since cashnetusa says they are a cso loan they can charge what ever interest rate they want in Ohio even though Ohio has a max of 28%??

Have you tried doing a google search of them or called the banking and insurance commission, to see if they are infact a CSO I mean all companies that are operating legally must have some sorts of license have you asked them to provide you one?

Ohio ??? Ohio State laws cap cash advance loans at $500, and cannot have an interest rate higher than 28% annual percentage rate.
In your state they are listed as a CSO what were the terms of the loan did it exceed 500 and have a interest of more than 28%?
