I am trying to get ACH transactions returned back from Chase.

I got this letter from cashnet

will Chase bank do anything?

We recently received notice that you canceled your electronic debit authorization. Please call us immediately at(888)801-9075 in order to create a new authorization and remain in good standing with CashNetUSA.

Cancellation of your electronic debit authorization does not relieve you of your obligation to pay your loan; if you do not make your installment payments on time, we will begin collection procedures.

They still went in a debited my account TWICE. And I sent the letter / got this email 5 days prior to paydate. This caused me oversrafts. Can I print this letter out + the one of me revoking them ACH debits. This happened with them + 2 more companies and it caused me to overdraft. I also have letters from the other companies saying their recieved my C+D letters and we need to work out other payment plans.

If I bring those +
(c) Consumer's right to stop payment--(1) Notice. A consumer may stop payment of a preauthorized electronic fund transfer from the consumer's account by notifying the financial institution orally or in writing at least three business days before the scheduled date of the transfer.

Will Chase do anything?
