i am from the state texas and i had two pay day loans with different companies. i left signed checks on both; once i got a call at my place of employment some guy saying i was going to go to jail for a bad ck. now is that true? another concern of mine is that one of these companies that had ck dated nov 2017 just recently cashed the ck leaving my bank acct over drawn. is that legal and why would they take so long to cash? please help i am gonna need a student loan so i do have intentions to pay these companies pretty soon.


Can you give us the name of the payday loan companies? Going by their recent activities, I feel that they are illegal payday loan companies. You won't go to jail. Be rest assured about that.
