I was wondering if anyone has ever dealt with a company called check reslutions??? I just rcvd a call from a gentleman stating that he needed to serve a summons on me and that I needed to call this 888 number back asap. So I called the number back and the woman that answered said it was check reslutions and when I inquired as to why they were calling they stated that I had a PDL with check n go from august of 2007 and that they sent a summons to my county and the gentleman called me as a courtsey. I than called my local court house and state attorney's office and they have no idea what I am talking about, is this a scam or something. And if the PDL is from 2007 a year ago how are they just now trying to locate me??? I am under the impression that I need to report this company.

They are really making the rounds this week. Please do a search on check resultions on here. You'll come up with lots of information. I filed a BBB against check'n'go Used their coporate headquaters address and got this message back from them, though I did have pdl from them around 2006.... so i think checkngo.com and store front checkngo are different. Non the less, wouldn't hurt to file a complaint they answered pretty quickly. Also you could call your local sheriff's office and see if it's true. Try googling the phone number also lots of information out there on this # anyway the response from check'n'go:

Our records indicate that we have not had any account action on Ms. Pagenkopf since 2002. At this time her account was marked as bankrupt and her account written off. In addition, we have no contact with a company called "Check Resolutions Services". As far as the debits to her account, as stated earlier we have no record of this. If Ms. Pagenkopf would like, she can send a copy of her bank statement with debits by Check 'n Go to us and we can investigate further. Please send proof of debit to:

I just did a searched on google of check reslutions phone number and there are numerous complaints about them. Thanks for the advice onb filing a complaint with BBB, I will do that now.
