Default Payday loan

I took out a payday loan 2 yrs. ago, I was paying it til I lost my job 1 yr. ago. I worked out payment arrangements with the Co. Check City Las Vegas, because they threatened to garnish my husband's wages.
He is not on the loan, Can they do that?

No they cannot garnish his or your wages without a court order.
No they cannot garnish his or your wages without a court order. They could do a wage assignment with your pay if you were working but you can easily revoke that.
