White Hills Cash said if I don't pay the balance in full, they will report me to Check Data Systems which is like writing bad checks. Has anybody had this happen to them or know if this is true?


White Hills is an illegal tribal lender. Follow the link in my signature line for information on dealing with illegal loans. DO NOT listen to their BS. And STAY OFF THE PHONE...DO ALL COMMUNICATION VIA EMAIL.

Today I got an email from White Hills Cash saying they are willing to settle my account as paid in full after going round and round with them. I'm having the same trouble with Advance Me Today and they still aren't budging with a paid in full letter.

White Hills Cash is an illegal. You owe nothing more than the principal. Don’t worry, illegal lenders can’t do anything. They can’t report to the credit bureaus. Simply payback them the principal amount and get out of this trap.
