i am in missouri the manager from check into cash it is a store front i had a 300.00 loan paid about 180.00 and still owe 274.30 she came to my house to collect i was shocked i told her i would try and be in in 2 weeks she said i know you got paid yesterday ....i explained that i do not have that kind of money today....has this happened to anyone else?

I have read where this type of thing happened to others, I'm not surprised, but, if you already made payment arrangements and are following through, they should have NEVER came to your home. I would send a letter of complaint to their corporate office and let them know you will NOT allow them to treat you this way!

Wow, I've never heard of this, either. In addtion to contacting the companys' corporate office, I think I'd also contact whatever agency is responsible for financial regulation in your State to see if the PDL broke any State laws by sending someone to your house.
