Ohio Check into cash pdl HELP

After paying this loan and getting another over and over again I finally did a EPP I have been very illl. The original loan was made in Aug agreement made in Sept and first payment is now. I have been in an out of hospital in last 2 months. The checking account is already in a neg balance and I am sure they will not cash the check. Who knows by now the bank maybe closed my account. Again I have been really sick but getting better. What is going to happen to me if I don't go make my first payment of 160 on my epp. I will be caught up the end of dec and be able to pay this whole mess in Jan but I have to feed my family. I am on disability and get paid once a month. If the bank did close my account will they file criminal charges? Original loan 640.00 estm. payment play 160 month
Please help I am losing sleep and this is not helping my illness.

Trust me on where to call. The store personel do not have the authority to make this decision, they will only do what they are told by thier District Manager. If I could recall the number posted in the store, I would have provided it, but this number will get you to the same place. If there is an exception to the rule in any CIC store, it is going to come from atleast the Regional Office.

I spent many years in this particular company and KNOW what I am talking about...
