I just don't know where to start. I have to stop these pdl's from taking almost my entire paycheck. I know it was dumb and I was being irresponsible but due to many health issues and bills I turned to them.
Magnum cash advance renewed several times loan amt 6oo paid back 1000's in finance charge.
Paydayone coming due no extensions left for 365.00.
Cashnetusa owe 425.00.
Check n go owe 525.00.
These are all internet and at this time current but they will all be due again May 29. Please help what do I do I need to get my paycheck back. Also my checking acct is through a Credit Union do they have seperate laws then banks? Thank you so much in advance for any and all help!

What state are you in? Credit Unions are usually more helpful than banks. You could request the EPP plan from these lenders if they are members of the cfsa. The EPP (extended payment plan) will allow you to pay these lenders off in four seperate payments on each payday, but first you will need to stop these lenders from debiting your account, the only way to do that is to either close out your account, or place a hard debit block on it (speak directly to the bank manager for a hard debit block). Then you can make some type of payment arrangements with these lenders and pay them via USPS with a money order. Depending on what state you are in some of these may not be legal lenders.
