Ohio - EPP

I was just told by a representative of Check 'n Go that Ohio does not allow EPPs. Is this true? The information I've found is conflicting. He said that Ohio allows for up to seven refinances. Unfortunately neither option apply to me. I was a Michigan resident when I obtained the loan and according to the representative Michigan offers neither option. My loan will be due in full on Friday, but the good news (haha) is that I can take a loan out on Friday and refinance in the future! Lucky me.

So, did you borrow the money from a storefront in MI or OH? If you borrowed in OH, you have more than likely done an installment loan and not a PDL. This would remove the EPP option as they fall under different laws.
