So to make a long story short I took out an installment loan to take care of a couple of bills, the current balance is around $1,500.

I took this loan out in December of 2012 and recently have been having health issues and have not been working, they will not work with me and than I even told them to let it default and calling me is pointless as you guys won't work with me.

It was a store front loan, I have had issues in the past with health and haven't paid back EZ Payday Advance or Ace Cash Express, Ace was an internet loan where as EZ was a store front.

I have talked to a lawyer and he did say that can do nothing to you unless they bring in a judgement, he says if a judgement letter is sent than to pay it back and get a receipt and take it to the court house so they can remove it from the credit report if it reported.

I usually make $1,300 every 2 weeks so paying it off isn't a problem but I have health issues and can't stay awake long enough let alone an 8 hour shift.

I have about 1,000 sick hours so I am technically getting a check but it goes straight to the dr.

Check 'n Go is a bad company to work with... I'm sure my check will go through if they cash the check itself not run it electronically, if it's electronic it will bounce back but my bank does accept the actual check in will just give me an overdraft fee which I hope happens because these people are heartless!

I'm in South Dakota but I've never seen a license actually shown on the wall and the store is pretty crappy...

As far as I know Check n go is a licensed lender. You are responsible to pay both the principal and interest. They can sue you if you don’t make any payments. They can also garnish your wages, once the court issues a judgment against you.
