I too am in over my head and located in Cincinnati, ohio. I have loans(deposited into my account) of $800 - Check Smart, $600-Check Into Cash, $500-Ace Cash Express and PaydayOne-$400(internet checking). Today I will need to pay $575 for the Ace Cash Express one and then reloan to make sure my bills are paid and then on the 30th try to pay off the others. They are 30 day loans. Please advise how I can get out of this. I took out the loans after my husband lost his job(out sourcing back in August) and has found only minimal employment now(nothing like the income we use to have) trying to keep us afloat. I'm drowing!!!! Thanks for all and any help.:(

Shazzers, Thankyou for the reply. CheckSmart here has told me that they do not offer extended or rollover payments. As the others have. I get paid once a month which is why I have the 30 day time frame between repayment of loans. These are all payday loans for me. I will ask about them about this again because I was not aware of CFSA information and it still may not apply to them. I have tried to find debt consolidation for these online only to fill out forms and later once contacted be told that the company or website only handles online payday loans or that they don't handle payday loans at all due to the fact that payday loan companies could take me to court and sue for 3 times the original amount of the loan. I am at a lost for what else to do and can't seem to see the end of the tunnel. The repayment of these loans is getting very close to interferring with our mortgage, insurance and car payments. Thankyou for all the information. I will look into it today.

Well, if they are members of the CFSA, they MUST abide by the guidelines. If you think it's something you could manage, you should press the point to them, if they still refuse, then I would get in contact with someone at the CFSA and ask for their assistance in making their members abide by the guidelines. Do whatever is best for you.
