I have four payday loans currently:
Check into Cash - 600
Checksmart - 500
Cashland - 500
National Check Cashers - 600
I have called them all and asked them anonymously if they offer an EPP for customers who come in before their loans have defaulted, and all have said no. I really don't know what to do, but I can't keep them up anymore. I've had to write every two weeks for over a year to stay on top of them. Can anyone help me figure out what my options are here? Should I close my bank account?

I think Ohio pdl laws have been amended recently. And, according to the new law the payday lenders in Ohio are no longer required to offer EPP to the customers even when they are members of CFSA, since they now would be lending under the small loan act .

Checksmart - $580
Cashland - $580
National Check Cashers - $680
Thanks again.

Call the Corp Office for each. Do not speak to thier collections department. In fact, if you go into a Check Into Cash, there is a number on the wall or on your contract at the bottom. This will ring into the Reg. VP's Office.
