Yes you can, but you need to request it BEFORE your payment due date.

I just got off the phone and was told at first I didn't qualify because I live in Wi secondly because it's my first loan with them then I was told they were setting up a new user freindly module and nobody would be there til Monday morning to help me. Now I am scared they won't allow it I am having a panic attack is it true what they are telling me?

I would call their Corporate Offices first thing Monday morning and ask them this information. They might not want to do one, which doesn't mean you can't do it. But call Corporate.

You might also remind them of this; as members of the CFSA they are bound by the terms of the CFSA's Best Practices for the Payday Advance Industry. If they aren't willing to follow those practices, then you will file a complaint with the CFSA and inform them that one of their members (Check n Go in this case) is NOT adhereing to the industries best practices, therefore they need to be removed from the list. If I were you, I would print it out and fax it to them with a notice that you were refused this right by one of their employees located at ---name of location -- phone number -- name of employee -- date & time.

Again this is an Internet loan not storefront and I am from Wisconsin the girl said because of this I may not qualify. Does this make a difference? I need to take care of this before it defaults. Thank you!
