I Have (2) PDL's in Fl One is with the dreaded Loan Point USA/Chieftan Fnd Inc. I don't even remember borrowing this one. I assume it is $300, I have paid $539.99! They keep debiting my account under Chieftan Fnd Inc.
The other is PayDayMax.com, $500.00, I have paid $325.15 so far.
They keep deibiting my account and there isn't any info for them
Can you give me the info like you did the others , so I can move forward on getting rid of them please! You guys have been a God send.... I have been reading this site for a few days!

Loan Point USA is not licensed in Florida. So, you're only oblig
Loan Point USA is not licensed in Florida. So, you're only obligated to pay them their principal amount.
You can place an ACH block on your account. But it is very much possible that they debit your account through any other DBA names. So, the best way to deal with them in this case is to close the account. Also send them a letter mentioning the ACH revocation.
