Western Sky/Cash Call Loan $5000

I live in NYC. Back in March of 2013, I took a $5000 loan out from WS/CC. This is my second loan with then. Last year I did the $2500 but was able to pay it back after a month because I came into some money but this time, its different. I've been hit by the IRS and I now have child support payments every month plus I am working off a orthodontic debt. Lastly, I have maxed out credit cards. I don't like debt so im the type of person to pay large amounts each month in order to get rid of it but I am overwhelmed and Western Sky is the biggest burden.
I have been reading the forums and such and see that these loans are illegal and people are closing their accounts but is that the best way to go about things. I need to know before I go this route. I want to pay back the loan but not at a 139% interest rate. My plan was to call them and tell them that I am losing my job at the end of the month and that cannot afford to make payments. If there was a way to work it so that I am only paying the principle then I can pay it off in 6 months. Think this will work? What other options are there? I just want to get rid of this debt before the IRS debt gets worse and really puts me in the whole. Trying to go into 2014 debt free.

Western Sky is an illegal
Western Sky is an illegal lender. You owe them nothing more than the principal. No interest, no fees. Just close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. Don't worry mate...illegal lenders can't do anything.
