What do I owe?

I have a loan with CIAW. I set up payment arrangements, but they say I owe over $600. The original loan was for $300, and I extended twice, paying $180 total. What amount would I owe? Do I owe for fees they say I owe for? How do I handle this so I dont have to deal with them anymore?


Is it a payday loan company or an insurance company? I searched this company in Google. It's showing Cities Insurance Association of Washington. What state are you in by the way? If it's a payday loan company, then I need to look at the state payday loan laws.
