What state are you located in? We need to figure out if the loans are legal. They can't fax a garnishment unless there was a court hearing. Was it a wage assignment? You won't get fired. Tell your HR rep that you're being harrassed by illegal collectors.

well CK marketing.aka paydaymax is illegal and that is a phony document to get a garnishment there has to be a judgement,and to get a judgement they have to take you to court in your town,county,village or bourough.besides no actual garnishment was ever faxed.the court would send it certified mail.if you haven't filed AG complints.do so asap.also for the place calling file a police report as the calls are illegal as well.as for the phony garnishment.if you intercepted it pitch it as it is not legit.ck marketing and any d/b/a's like paydaymax,.and mycashnow are not based in the US.any address is a mail drop.don't be scared,be pissed and file the report,and pitch that phony a$$ document.
