Unless you live on the reservation, their laws do not apply to you. Reply to this mail and simply state that you are not claiming the contract or your signature to be fraudulent as per the word of law. What you are claiming though is since payday lending is illegal in AZ, the contract that you signed with them is null and void on those grounds. If they start spewing BS like it being an installment loan, not a payday loan, return reply stating that they are not licensed in your state either as any kind of lending institution.
If you are done repaying the principal amount and have already successfully revoked ACH and voluntary wage assignment, ignore further communications from Lakota.
