Im in michigan the loan was for $900 and I have paid $1165.00 over the principal Ive did all what needed to be done closed account cease and desist, ask for a refund.
Today got a call saying I was not getting a refund and that I should check the GAT law because they dont have to lincend state to state and that i still needed to pay back the $900 dollars and had until 4pm today to respond.
HELP!

Dear Nationwide...
Do yourself a favor and mark my account as paid in full. Please do not hand me any more of the GAT crap...bottom line is you are not licensed in my state or any other state in the US. I am not a resident of St Vincent so your laws do not apply to me. You know as well as I do that the loan agreement I signed is null and void in the US.
