Question about online loans.

If I know all the places I took a payday loan out online are illegal in my state, and I close my bank account so they can't debit anymore money, can they garnish my wages?
NO...they cannot garnish your wages without taking you to court.
NO...they cannot garnish your wages without taking you to court. And being they illegal, they will not win in court. However you probably signed a voluntary wage assignment. You need to revoke that and give a copy to your HR department.

What is a voluntary wage assignment? And how does that differ from wage garnishment? Also, How do I go about revoking this? Is there a special form I need? and do I need one form for every online lender?
