Who is talking about a credit card payment?? This is a payday loan with more than likely an ACH debit going thru.
If you do not do an ACH revocation, an ACH can open a closed account and cause overdrafts and NSF fees.

I said that because he's probably here because the lender is threatening him with arrest for closing his bank account. I'm sure you've heard the line "closing your account is writing a bad check and it's check fraud which we will send the sheriff to arrest you if you don't pay" type of crap. I used the CC example to display that, just because you close an account and a payment doesn't go through, doesn't mean you committed "check fraud"
