Hydra is an offshore illegal
Hydra is an offshore illegal lender. No need to believe any of the BS they are trying to peddle. Did you send a copy of the ACH revocation letters to your bank? Revoking ACH successfully would entirely prevent them from hitting your account.
ACH revocation
I am assuming PDLs are illegal in your state. Once you send ACH revocation to the lender(s) by fax or email. Keep all receipts even if the lender(s) does not reply to you or even acknowledges your request. Notify your bank by certified mail, tell them you revoked ACH for the following lender(s) and give them the list. In my experience it doesn't hurt to fax PDLs several times to show that you made multiple attempts to contact them. Keep FAX receipts that show your fax went through. If you notify PDLs AND your bank at least 3 days before next ACH debit then you're protected under FDIC regulations, however PDLs may still debit your account. They may skip a paydate like MyCashNow did to me and then try again. If they do an ACH, once it clears, immediately file a complaint with your bank for unauthorized ACH since you have all the documentation and you did everything per FDIC regulations then wait for your refund. MyCashNow initiated 3 ACH on my account after I had revoked ACH, I got reimbursed with no issues and they haven't touched my account ever since. A good strategy is to schedule your bills between pay dates so if unauthorized ACH come through around payday you have time to get refund and avoid having your account overdrawn.

I wish all PDLs were like Mobiloans, the story about the reservation and the tribe is BS and they know it! that's why they can't do anything but settle. I have yet to pay them by the way. They can't do anything about it either, they can't collect on illegal loans, can't report to credit bureau either for the same reason.
