I had a PDL with American Web Loan for $700. I paid $1930 before closing my account and sending the notifications. I have also filed compliants with Florida AG, Dept of Agriculture & Consumer Services as well as OK AG. I have sent a couple of follow up emails to AWL the last was responded to as follows. Dear Valued Customer,

I am sorry that you feel this way, however, we are not a Florida lender therefore the terms and conditions on our agreement are relevant to our loan. Your loan is not paid in full, so it cannot be marked as such, and there is no refund owed to you.

I also received a response today from the Dept of AG & Consumer Services stating they had attempted to mediate my complaint unfortunately the business has refused to cooperate and they are unable to asssit me. They are closing my complaint as "Closed Unsatisfactorily".
My question now is where do I go from here? I have read other posting on this site where people were successful in getting a PIF from the PDL company. What have I done wrong or what else should I do?
Thanks for any advise/information. It is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the response. I really don't expect a refund at this point but concerned they will not mark pif. I guess they will turn it over to a collections company and go from there. Thanks again for your advice.
