What I am wondering is, have I been "had"? Can they just start pulling money out of my account when I haven't even looked at their loan documents? I didn't dare go to the website.
This has never happened to me before. I am very upset with check-n-go, I have been doing storefront business with them for a long time. The first time I use their internet service, my info gets swiped.
Does anyone have any idea what I should do now? Thanks for all your help!!

My guess from what it sounds like is due to state laws check n go could not give you a loan so then passed your info on to illegal lenders who will do the loan. There was probably some disclosure of that somewhere when you were filling in the form.
Watch your account for any unauthorized deposits and notify your bank to have it reversed. Unfortunatley now all of your bank info is out there in cyber space and the safest thing to do is close your account and open a new one. No they should'nt take anything out of your account if they have'nt given you a loan but these illegal pdls don't follow the laws, so anything goes.

Call your bank manager and immediately put a hard block on your account. First thing is to protect yourself. If you didnt apply for these loans you do not even know the terms of the contract!
Apparently check-n-go has sold all your personal and account info. After the hard block, I would close the account and open a new one. This probably will not stop. This happened to me and I declined the loans that I did not apply for. 2 weeks later my account was debited from a 3rd party company for online subscriptions to websites I had never heard of. I do not subscribe to any websites in which you have to pay a membership fee. I have a pending fraud claim that has been going on for 2 months. The bank and police are investigating and suprise....................they still can not find any contact info for these companies.

I am confident that Check n Go did not sell your information to unlicensed, illegal lenders. This for a minute, why would they sell you information when they risk losing you as a customer? They can make more of of you in one loan than they can make by selling your information to a competitor. A typical customer cane have a profit value in excess of $1000 over the life of the relationship. If they sold you information to another company, all of the sudden they have given you the ability to borrow from someone else with thier "approval". Now you ask, what is the problem with this? The more loans that you have out, the more difficult it is for a lender to collect.
Like it or not, I would guess that your information came from an online "search" for a PDL which allowed you to end up with PayDayOne. I would also be pretty confident that you did not go directly to thier site to apply, but connected to them thru a 3rd party site.
If you still have doubts in my opinion, call Check n Go and ask for Dave Davis to discuss.
