cmg in ny, not getting anywhere

hello, ok so it seems i am not the only one with this problem but i live in rochester ny and my boyfriend has cmg, united cash loans, kenwood services, as some loan people.. he is trying to payoff the cmg but he is getting a run around with them saying call back later or tomorrow... i tried to close our account at hsbc but they need 48hrs of no activity to do this and by then cmg will take money again... it is a vicious circle! How can i end this! please help! thanks Julia

I just closed my account at HSBC and they did not tell me I had to have no activity. I told her I wanted to close it and open a new one. They withdrew the money and transfered into a new account. Go into the bank and speak to someone
