also, they might not contact you right away. i remember i was so scared that first payday but nothing happened. i got one call the next day. they're actually friendly at first, too - so don't worry. some waited weeks to contact me, i guess it depends on when they recieve the debit back? just stay strong and focused. Ask any questions you like.

Agreed. You can't do much of anything but wait for them to make the next move. That is what I found the hardest. They will get back to you, it just might take some time. . .or not. Keep us posted.

So my bank screwed me and let things go thru...they are still pending, can I refuse them?

Not until they actually post. Then contact the bank specifically the "ach" department and dispute the charges - tell them you didn't authorize the charges - do this first thing tomorrow.

Yes they will. ksando44 is correct. Don't screw around with bank personnel. You need to go directly to the ACH Department as that is the nature of their job. That is who I went to and things went as smooth as glass.

i agree, that's actually what happened to me and while pending they released it and pushed it through (all while trying to "help" me!)
ask the ACH department, they can help you.
