Need PDL info for FL

Does anyone know if CMG Group or SSM Group are legal in Florida.I tried contacting them to make arrangements but they said if I miss a payment I go straight to collections. I borrowed 275 owe 325 paid 75 on both of them.

I did not find either on the FL license database.
