I am in need of some guidance, I am in over my head!!! I have several outstanding payday loans, my account has been closed by the bank for being in OD to long due to these debits constantly coming out. I just do not have the income to pay them all. I do want to pay back what I owe but can't seem to come up for air. I live in Louisiana, the lenders I am dealing with are:

One Click Cash
East Side Lenders
Payday One
FBD - First Bank of Deleware
Integrity Advance - iadvancecash.com
CMG Group

Since my bank account is closed, I will have to dig up what I borrowed and what was paid to each lender. I just need some help, I don't know where to start. My phone rings constantly and I have tons of voicemails that I don't know how to respond to.

Payday One
FBD - First Bank of Delaware

The above two lenders are the only legal ones you have, the rest of them are NOT licensed/legal in your state. Since your account is closed, I would focus on paying the two legal lenders off, then go back and deal with the other ones. PaydayOne has an extended payment plan available, but they won't tell you about it, you have to ask for it.

Yes, they will call you and harass you to death, but do not talk to them because all they will do is try to convince you they are legal, and make threats they can't follow through with. Just read the thread about how to deal with the illegal lenders, and deal with the legal ones for now. It will guide you through the process.

I wouldn't suggest using a debt solution company for illegal lenders, not when you can take care of this yourself, illegal lenders will NOT negotiate, they are nothing more than criminals, if you read the thread I gave you on how to deal with illegal lenders you will have a better understanding of why. You just can't trust anything illegal lenders say, they may tell the debt solution company they will accept a certain amount of money, but I can guarantee you the harassing calls will not stop, and they will continue to try and get more money from you even after they are supposedly paid off.

Hello,

I'd like to address the comment above regarding Destination Debt Solutions and specifically our BBB rating.

What may not be clear to many is that Destination Debt Solutions has been simply placed in the wrong category by the BBB. As such, our rating with agency has fallen from a B+ to the bottom. We have attempted to work with the BBB to resolve the issue without success. Many companies like DDS have suffered a similar fate due to being considered a "Debt Settlement" provider. During our history we have to date only received 3 BBB complaints all of which have been resolved in a favorable and timely manner.

Of the thousands of clients that we have assisted, the blanket statement "many members here have complained" might be a bit harsh. At DDS, we monitor this venue as very credible and premier resource for individuals seeking the assistance of companies like ourselves and we certainly attempt to address any positive or negative comments about our services.

If any member of this site would like further information on DDS please feel free to contact me anytime.

With Kind Regards,
