I live in Tennessee. I took out a $200 loan with these people and have paid $180 in fees and I don't have the money to make any more payments. What should I do?

But there is no license for them in the state of MO.

If they coax you to pay off the loan, send them a letter stating that the company is illegal in your state and that you're revoking all ACH authorizations with the PDL company.
Since the PDL is not licensed in your state, you can file a complaint against it with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. I think these steps will help you to get rid off the PDL company.
