i had loans through webpaday, cmg group llc, and paragon which were all internet payday loans. they got turned over to NCA which i basically told to go get fu@#^d then they turned them over to mclemore and edington pllc attorneys at law. i am in TN and those attorneys are about 4 hrs away from me. i am not sure if webpayday is legal i hear there are 2 of them and 1 is legal and 1 isnt i have also heard that cmg is legal but not sure about paragon. i have over paid all of these. does anyone know about those 3 companys or the so called attorneys that have it now

josh, what state are you in? for legal loans, it depends on your state's laws.. sometimes giving them what they ask for means that you are over-paying because even if a company is legal, they might still be asking for fees or rollovers that are too high for your state's limits.
if the loan is not legal, you morally would have to pay what was borrowed but that is all.
