I have a loan with CashNetUSA that I was unable to pay on the due date. I have revoked ACH authorization with my bank, and I let CashNet know this. I requested a physical address to send payment to, and let them know the soonest I can pay them in full is 8/14. I am not trying to get out of paying them what they're rightly owed, that's just the soonest I can pay them. They sent me a notice saying that I have 15 days to respond...I DID respond via email, and let them know that I promise to pay on or before 8/14, but I got a response that they can't communicate by email. Now non-stop calls are coming from "CNU" saying that I HAVE to call them back "today." I really have nothing to say to them, other than that I can't pay until that date. I sent them an email to that effect, I thought that would be sufficient. Does anyone know what their standard procedure is for collecting? Should I worry about a lawsuit, or will they just send me to a 3rd-party collections company? Should I call them?

Thanks for all of your help, this board is a great resource. Again, I fully intend to pay them what I owe.

To respond to their "Notice of Payment Past Due" email. They say:

We value your business, and we ask you to contact us immediately to resolve this matter. In order to retain your good standing with our company, and to avoid further additional costs to you, we need to receive full payment of this debt within (15) days from the receipt of this notice.

How long past due is it? It just sounds like standard collection practices to me. They always will say when they call that you have to call them back by a certain time. They can sue you but I would think that would takes months, if they do at all. If they want you to respond in 15 days then just send a letter back in the envelope they provided saying on what date you will be paying them. Definetly stay off the phone with them.

Yes I had problem with your services because I applied for a loan with your company and I never received notification from you to debit my account and I never was contacted by you to take from my account and my account has closed due to USAcash.net and the phone number is not a customer service number

Call them right away before they send over to collection and put on extra fees. They aslo take no time with putting the information on you credit, as a charge off..

Byron this is not CashnetUSA. This is a PDL forum to help people get out of debt. Please review your contract for the PDL contact information thanks.
