Boy do I have a headache from all of this. I received a phone call today & also they left a msg on my friends cell phone (which i was pissed about) stating they are doing an investigation regarding Me and she is a person of interest. I only borrowed $350 from them and only one $150 more but I spoke to someone today & she stated I have until tommorow to call back or they will garnish my wages for $723 they will accept $564 as pd in full. I only borrowed $350! I dont even think it is legal in NJ for them to lend money in my state. Please advise me what steps i need to take. Thank you

Further, they can't garnish your wage till they don't get a judgement against you. I think that is only their scare tactic. You don't owe more than the principal amount to an illegal pdl lender.
