PayDay One

Hi -
I took out an $800 loan with these guys a few weeks ago. I revoked ACH privileges, and now they are calling me about 25 times per day.
They say my only option to NOT pay the full balance ($1,008 -- includes the CSO fee) is to go online and refinance. Basically, I'd pay $200 to buy me 2 weeks, and then the $1,008 would come due again.
This is not possible for me.
What happens if i just keep ignoring them?
Does PDO send it to collections after a certain time period? Or will they sue me or try to garnish my wages?

Payday one is a legal lender.
Payday one is a legal lender. You are liable to pay both the principal and interest. They can sue you because of non-payment of debt. They can also garnish your wages once the court issues an order against you. So it would be better for you to contact with your lender and try to set up a payment arrangement with them.
