I too have been caught in a trap and have loans out currently or have in the past, to the following:

Okay, so here is the info......Out of all the PDLs that you have, Moneytree and Check into Cash are storefront loans, so, most probably they are legal. They are member of CFSA, so they will offer you an Extended Payment Plan if you ask for.
