After reading this site I see a lot of great advice. I really did not think there was any help. I pay off pay day loans and then take out two more to make ends meet. I currently have three pay day loans online and four store front loans. I feel like Im drowning more every day with these. I have been able to make arringments at my local ones to pay them down. no problem there ( I Hope). My online is another story. I have the template that I will use and send out. In the morning I am going to talk to my bank and possible close my account. I want to pay off what I owe when I can. Right now I can not pay anything to my online. So I live in Colorado my online payday is us fast cash, United Cash Loans( dont remember signing up for this one they even have my wrong pay days) and 1800899CASH.com. Pay day is in the morning I have asked and that the online loans do not come out until monday. So if I am lucky I will have a couple days to figure out what to do. Any advice will be greatly appriciated. Debt consolidation not sure how that works and if I would get my self in a bigger hole. I did apply for online loans(not payday) almost fell for a scam trying to get out of debt. Just another reason to close my checking account

follow the rules where you found that template..... i had a loan from ameriloan, unitedcashloans also and i filed a complaint with the BBB against ameriloan. no response from them. best thing to do is close your account, if you have mad arrangements with the store fronts.... work on those first.... then worry about paying the principal on the internet ones later..... dont let them stress you especially if they are illegal.....

close the checking account if you can

let them know you will pay the principal.

if they don't like it, they should of became licensed in your state first.

Okay, the state of Colorado requires the internet pdl lenders to obtain license from the state licensing authority in order to operate in it. You can check the licensing status of all the internet lenders from the following link.

If they are not licensed, then you may need to read through this article.

Make sure you close your checking account before you send the letters.

As far as debt consolidation illegal online lenders typically are not going to work with a consolidation company, you can do it yourself following the steps in the sticky "how to deal with illegal lenders". Feel free to ask any questions you have along the way!

Close or put a hard debit block on your bank account ASAP! You are dealing with 2 illegal lenders for sure..........US Fast Cash and United Cash Loans are owned by the same people, which happens to be a Native American Indian Tribe located in Miami, Oklahoma.

USFastCash is located at the same address as United Cash Loans, & AmeriLoan
. A subsequent BBB investigation determined that this address is the address for offices of the Miami Nation Indian Tribe. During its investigation of these companies, BBB employees visited the location as well as sent a certified letter to the Chief of the Tribe asking for further information regarding these companies. Employees of the Miami Nation Indian Tribe neither confirmed nor denied knowledge of the loan companies, and informed BBB staff that they would have to speak to the Miami Nation Indian Tribe's Leadership concerning the matter. BBB has not received a response from the Chief concerning this matter. At the present time, BBB does not know if these companies are operated by the Tribe, by employees or other people using the Tribe's addresses, or is a joint venture between the Tribe and a for-profit company.

The complaints against this company and others located at the same address generally allege the inability to pay off the requested loan, charges to the consumer's checking or credit card account despite never receiving the requested loan, or continued unauthorized charges to the consumer's credit card or checking account once the loan has been paid off.

BBB has determined that this company is not licensed in the state of Oklahoma to provide loans to consumers and does not appeare to be licensed in any of the states from which consumers have filed complaints with BBB. However, if the Miami Indian Tribe actually operates this business, it may not be subject to state laws regulating this industry.

BBB encourages all consumers seeking loans of any kind to research all of their options before providing any private financial information or signing any loan papers. Consumers should check with BBB on the company's grade, their complaint volume, and whether or not the company is licensed or regulated to provide the type of loan services the customer is seeking.
