Help in Colorado

I have several pdl's and I need some help to get out of this mess. At the present time none of them are past due, but they are due on the 15th. I am having a hard time finding out if any of them are legal in Colorado. Also has anyone gone through one of these debt settlement programs? I did all of these online; here is who I owe:
