I just called my pdls 3 agree for payment payday ok,payday select and payday one combined payment. paycheck today wants it in one half now and one half later and i don't have it.cash central direct want 95 dollar and the two hundred next pay check and cash net usa was so rude want it all and now. The other 4 I don't know yet I am doing the right thing by sitting up payment arrangement but i don't have a visa or master card for payment for cash central direct and paycheck today what else could i do to solve this problem they wasn't hearing me about the La Laws I can't just ignore them they will call my job

You can not send what you do not have. Period. Do you still legally owe them anything? You should also file complaints with your state's Attorney General's Office. Eventually they do cave in, and DO NOT give them any credit card information or other banking information, they will cave and give you their physical address. CashNetUSA will take whatever you send into them, they will still call until it is paid off, but they do accept smaller payment plans so long as you are firm that you can not send in such a large payment.

listen to Steelers and do not give them your credit card info. If you have a credit union in your area, most of them have a visa gift card. My credit union only charges $3.00 for one. But it is a one time use card. That is how I have paid some of my PDL's.

And as for them not hearing what you have said, you can either call them back, fax them a letter along with the laws and send them a letter through the mail (cert. mail with return reciept requested). But whatever you send them make sure you keep a copy for your own records.

File complaints ASAP. And deal with one company at a time. This situation took time to get where it is, so it will take time to get out of it. Make sure you leave enough money left so that you can pay your regular bills also.

Yes. Most credit unions and banks have visa gift cards for minimal prices. You will most likely be able to get them cheaper than you could send a moneygram. Also, it will keep you in control of how much they are getting. I know that my pdls were not very easy to work with. They all wanted to get more out of me than I offered, but stand firm. Eventually they will accept. Something is better than nothing, right? Also, I think if you keep in contact with them then they won't call your references or job. At least mine didn't.
