I have an offer from Installment Loan Experts, I am in a nutshell looking to borrow, 2000.00 to 2500.00 to pay off within the year.
But I am not sure who is legitimate, and I am from California which seems to be a strange state when it comes to aquiring loans locally.
Please advise.

if they are asking/demanding money in advance it's a scam as it is prohibited to ask/require money upfront for a loan.
