I took out 2 payday loans online ,I gave my correct bank info and wasn't able to pay it back now they are saying they are coming after me for civil judgement and criminal for fraud, I have 300 for one and 260 for another, I live in michiganand these are people that are being mediators and they are saying I could go to jail and I am scared, help please I really need it:(
