Have a loan out with United cash loan been reading infor about fraud, want to know if they are license in the state of michigan, because they will commit fraud on my account. Please contact back as soon as possible. Thank you

There should be links there for the DFI or licensing...you can look up the name and see if it is licensed ..you can also look up the (pdl) lending law there too. As far as I know they are not licensed anywhere. I had a loan with them and they were not licensed here in Indiana either. Then if you have more questions feel free to come back and post.

rhcoll2002, welcome. Please let us know how much you originally borrowed, and how much you have paid back on this loan so far. They loan illegally in most states. We can help you if you give us a little information! There are a LOT of people dealing with this company and their dba's.

I had over paid them and had the bank put a block on their ACH's and those sneaky devils sent a paper check through. The bank would not reverse that one because it was paper, even though I had informed the bank that I had not authorized it. Do keep an eye on these people because they are definitly sneaky.
