Weren't through rough times of course opened up some loans and have been paying but recently my checking account was compromised eyeteeth someone gaining abscess to my checking account opening a pay day loan and other things.I caught it in time and my bank confirmed , closed my account and filled a police report.I live in Houston Texas.the IP address was from Cal.I WAs told
That one of the company's either sold my information or it WAs stolen.it got me thinking and worried and now wondering if any of these companies listed are legit or license in Texas
United cash
Cash Web USA
Green trust
Archer direct
Us fast cash
Please help

I think that someone forgot to tell the one in post 2 that Halloween was last month. Posting beyond the grave after being "killed in the struggle" is so hard otherwise.

Some real advice for the original poster. Three of your loans are tribal and you owe principal only. Those three are United cash, Green trust and Us fast cash. On the Green Trust loan it was hard to read the "disclaimer" stating that it was a tribal loan because the verbiage blended in with the background color.

For the other two Archer direct and Cash Web USA I could not find any licence information. Do a google search on the Texas AG website. If any of the loans are violating the loan regulations then they are illegal. If these two are legal contact their corporate office and see if you can set up an extended payment plan.

for the three that are definitely illegal, follow the sticky on this site for handling illegal payday loans step by step. Do not forget to let your employer know that you have been the victim of fraud and scam so they don't take any calls seriously.

Hope this helps.

do you owe 200.00 total?remember anything debited at all gets deducted from the principle.governing law means jack as your state laws apply.if the 200.00 is correct demand an address to send a money order and when you can pay it.don't let them dictate anything.

to #2 you are the biggest idiot i have ever seen on this site, and that is saying alot.you have posted garbage like this on other threads and really don't know WTF you think you are accomplishing.
