I keep getting calls from this company called Nationwide about a payday loan through Global Group. It was a $300 loan and I have already paid back $250 in fees. By the way, I live in NC. This company keeps calling me telling me that I have charges filed against me for non-payment and check fraud. They tell me that if I do not pay, the server will be serving me with papers at my home and work. They said if I have not been served, then I can stop the process by paying them something within the next 5 - 7 days and if I pay, then they will knock $200 off the debt I owe. They said but if I agree to pay and I do not pay, then they will send someone to my house to serve me with the papers for non-payment and check fraud. I asked for documentation of the debt, but they refuse to provide me with documentation and said that they do not have to provide me with documentation and that I got documentation when I got the loan. They keep calling my cell and my work and have even been calling my parents and leaving threatening voice mails on their answering machine. They keep calling me from 877-397-6755 and a guy that is supposed to be the paper server keeps calling me from 336-376-7743, but when I call that number, it keeps saying that the number is not in service or it states that it will not allow messages and then gives me an error code. Could someone please help as I do not know what to do and am getting scared.

a few points here.one all who call and say that are mutated cat filth that will rot one day.building to my second point being that those threats are illegal.building to my third point being that no pdl is legal in NC,and all who call are humanoid scum.building to my last point being that if the threats had merit they wouldn't keep calling.you would have been served.also the threat of criminal action is illegal as debts are civil matters.here is what you do.first use the number and name to file a police report as again the calls/threats are illegal.then ignore any further calls, and delete all messages knowing that this piece of garbage cannot/willnot do a thing they threaten.

I got a call from a representative at Nationwide and they did the same thing to me. The only difference is, is that I do remember applying for a loan and the bank taking the funds. As a result, I was unable to return the funds back to the company. I've paid $140.00 already and now I was asked to pay another $140.00 by 09/21/12. After I do this, I will be cleared of the debt. If not, I will file a lawsuit for fraud against this company! What do you think? Write me @Jay911_007@yahoo.com
